If you are feeling stressed out, recall these words of Jesus.

Life can be stressful at times and it can leave us feeling on edge, ready to snap at any moment. It is at those times when we most need to hear the word of God and hear his comforting message.

Here is a popular Bible verse that can help calm our nerves when we are feeling stressed out, helping us remain peaceful, trusting in the merciful providence of God.

Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart; and you will find rest for yourselves.

Matthew 11:28-29
