Before a water aerobics teacher at a swimming pool in Scotland moved to Spain, she searched for a replacement to take her over-50s class. Surprisingly, the person she turned to was 90-year-old Margaret Main, who happily agreed to take over the two classes every week. In a video recently posted by the BBC, the nonagenarian not only impresses with her agility and fitness levels, but with her attitude to a truly fulfilling life.
